My Culinary Adventures

Hi There!


So after months of useless contemplating, I decided to stop planning and start “doing”. And so I did. I started a blog. I start this blog at a point in my life where I want to try new things, change old habits, explore healthier options and…aahh who am I kidding? FOOD!! I want to cook great FOOD!!! The purpose of this blog is to share with you guys whatever I learn from here on out and whatever I have learnt so far. Now there are only two qualifications that I have that give me some sort of credibility and pride over what I know; My degree in Finance and my Diploma in Culinary Arts (quite a detour, I know.) Don’t worry I do not plan on putting you to sleep by explaining how to discount bonds. I do, however, plan on sharing with you what I have learnt through the course of my Culinary adventures.  So, stick around as I try, to the best of my abilities, to teach you how to not curdle home-made mayonnaise. Hopefully. Maybe. It’s a tricky thing mayonnaise.
